We offer a number of options when it comes to placing orders with us, which are explained in more detail below.
To place an order for delivery by our truck or commercial carrier you will need to fill out a new account application if you do not already have an account with us. After you place your order using one of the methods below, you will receive an order confirmation (copy of your order) by email.
We send you this copy of your order so you have an opportunity to look it over and make any final adjustments before the order is finalized. You will have approximately one hour to make these adjustments, after which we may not be able to alter the order. If we don't hear from you during that time we will assume the order is ready to go and finalize it as is.
When your order (for our truck and commercial carrier deliveries) has been pulled at the warehouse, we will try to email you and let you know what items were out-of-stock. Under some circumstances this may not happen, but the majority of the time you will get this notification. This will give you an opportunity to order a substitute item if you choose. You can also add any additional last-minute items you’d like to your order. Weight limitations may apply. Unfortunately we cannot process any cancellations at this point.
The final step in our ordering process is invoicing. After we’ve processed any substitutions or add-ons we will invoice your order. Credit card payments are processed at this time.
Our delivery truck & commercial carrier deadlines are account specific and are assigned when you set up your account. Orders not submitted by your order deadline are subject to a $25.00 late fee, if we are still able to process the order and get it on the truck. You do not need to wait until your deadline to place an order, you may place it anytime before the deadline.
UPS deliveries do not have order deadlines; however, we only ship UPS orders once each week. Orders placed by end of business Wednesday night are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed at any other time are into the next possible order/shipping cycle.
You may place orders with us using the following methods.
Website: You may place an order right here on our website using our shopping cart. Our shopping cart will give you a rough estimate of delivery charges when choosing UPS as your shipping method.
Email: If you know the item numbers of the products you want and don't want to use the shopping cart, you may send your order by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This can be done by using a Word or Excel document, or even the body of an email message. When using this method, please use the format below:

Fax: You may also send us orders by fax to 269.965.8500 using the same format listed above for email orders.
Phone: If you prefer, you can place an order by phone also. Give us a call at 269.965.1199 ext. 100. This method may result in a short wait time as calls are taken in the order they are received.
